At Chleberli, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand our procedures, shipping options, and delivery times.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified of the estimated processing time at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
Domestic Shipping (Switzerland):
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. Fixed rate for Switzerland.
International Shipping:
Internal shipping is not offered at this time. If you wish to order please contact us directly at info@chleberli.ch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@chleberli.com.
4. International Shipping and Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some restrictions based on your location. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@chleberli.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If you realize that you've entered incorrect shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@chleberli.com. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@chleberli.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged package or items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
