You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@chleberli.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.

  4. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package and send it to the return address provided by our team.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If your return is not approved, we will return the item to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. If the item you want is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@chleberli.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized stickers.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as final sale.

8. International Returns

For international returns, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees are non-refundable. The return shipping cost is also the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
